What we collect — and what we don't

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send us: when you submit the contact form, we receive the name, phone number, email address and description of your legal issue that you type in. If you call or email us directly, we receive what you share in that call or message.

We do not use analytics or tracking tools of any kind. This site sets no cookies, contains no advertising or social-media trackers or pixels, no chat widgets, and no session-recording or "session replay" software, and it does not record your browsing activity, browser type, device or location. No third party is permitted to intercept, read or receive anything you type or submit on this site: the site is technically configured so that it can only communicate with its own server. Our fonts are served from our own website rather than a third-party service, so loading this site does not send your information to anyone else. Like every website, it is delivered by a hosting provider whose infrastructure may briefly process your IP address in order to serve the page and protect against abuse; we do not access, store or analyze that information.

How we use what you send us

We use the information you provide only to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we can assist you, and communicate with you about your matter. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing.

Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties except as strictly necessary to receive and respond to your inquiry (for example, our website hosting and email providers), as required by law, or with your consent.

California Invasion of Privacy Act

We take the California Invasion of Privacy Act (Penal Code §630 et seq.) seriously — we enforce it for our clients. This website does not wiretap, eavesdrop on, record or intercept your communications, and does not use pen-register or trap-and-trace technology to capture your device or routing information. A message you send through our contact form travels only to our own server and then to our intake staff.

Your rights
